Work environment and culture preferences
Career goals (open text)
How you heard about EQ Workforce
Newsletter and role notification preferences
From Healthcare Employers:
When you schedule a consultation or enroll in a subscription, we collect:
Name, title, and contact information
Organization name and location
Open role and staffing information shared during the engagement
From All Visitors:
When you contact us through the Site, we collect the information you voluntarily provide including name, email address, and the content of your message.

When you visit the Site, we may automatically collect certain technical information including:

Employer Partners (Professionals Only): We will only share your profile information with an employer partner after contacting you, describing the opportunity, and receiving your explicit consent to proceed.

We retain your information for as long as your profile or subscription is active and for a reasonable period thereafter. Network members may request removal at any time. Upon removal, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
